Yup, I'm back and in a few months I should be out and about detecting and retired from work. I'm still using my old AT Pro, and I just recently bought myself a Nokta Simplex Ultra. I've only been out 6 times with the new MD, but it has found me 2 rings and about 70 coins. Most of the coins were found where I had already hunted with my AT Pro years back. I'm still having ankle, foot, and knee problems, but when I feel better and the weather is fine, I go out and hunt. I don't know if it's normal but most of the coins I've dug up with the Ultra had a VDI reading of 19 bouncing slightly to 20. Anyone have a clue? The coins found were mainly Croatian and Serbian coins. Now, it's time for me to dig into all your various finds and comments. Cheers!
