Saddled up this morning and decided to give the demolished housing site a shot with the Omega and 5" coil. I hadn't hunted the site much this year as it had grown rather sparse with its yielding the last few times I hunted on it. In between the times I hunt the spot I tend to forget just how trashy it is. It is about as trash laden as any site I have ever hunted. Ole English seemed to be the brew of choice for the Navy boys. Anyway, just inching my way along the edges of driveways and foundations listening for high tone zips, the Omega and 5" coil with its laser like precision got me 3 silvers, 5 wheat cents, a foreign coin with an Emperors head on one side, (this has yet to be determined what it is) a few clad coins and some Memorial cents, keys and a broken spoon. 4" was about the deepest, but several of the coins were on edge. I was running 99 sen, 1 disc., d3 tones and a gb of 57. Even near power line and switching to frequency 3 the Omega ran stable. Those are my 91, 92 and 93 silver coins for the year. HH jim tn
