Just wanted to show everyone the outhouse on my property that i told you all about last month. I am going to dig it out and treasure hunt it for a spring/summer project. I promised pictures last time I talked about it so here they are::garrett:

Wow a 3 holer

The neighbor also has one but the building is gone, I am gonna see how I make out with mine then I may ask if I can excavate hers too.:garrett:

Good luck. Looking forward to seeing the finds.

Like silvernail said they may have moved it earlier and covered the old hole with the dirt of this one.
Nice color combinations. Pink is a relaxing color

I would think so. They should be easy to spot or one could ask around. And one doesn't want to dig one that's still ripe.

Bill.

Pretty crappy deal you have. Hope your not left with your pants down? Maybe things will come out all right? Don't get too pooped out sifting! Then again it may wipe you out? Something smells about this project? Don't be the butt of any jokes. You must find something good down there. If your lucky you could be singing "yourin the money"

There are some good vids on youtube. Search for privey digs or privy digs. Good luck to you!

You guys crack me up! If it's not all dried up then I won't dig it! So I'll say it's a spring/summer project dependant on the condition of the inards! How's that! LOL! Khouse I loved your thread!:garrett:

Glad you didn't get pizzed off? Looks like bottles are popular things you'll find in the pooper. Take plenty of pictures!

Yeah old, valuable bottles, are one of the prizes found in the pits along with old China and dishes of various sorts. One other thing to look for around old homes is the dump where a multitude of stuff can be found. These are usually in a ravine behind the house or a pit dug out back.
