The Season That Keeps Giving.

Sorry for delay dug a week ago today back at the old Confed button hole thought gun wrench was the cherry on top. US Box Plates. Dug fifty yards apart in Winchester VA area.

That was one Killer Relic Hunt. 2 plates in same hunt. I have never personally dug one, but I have two in my collection given to me by a cousin who was from Alexandria, Virginia and was a Relic Hunter back during the centennial years. One plate came from a camp in Harper's Ferry, and the other from Chancellorsville, both U.S. boxplates. You are onto a great spot. Stay at it.
