This is my find today... 4 buttons, one marble, I think that the silver "C" shaped item is one of the fad teen things (nose, eyebrow, tongue, or some other unmentionable thing), a 1945 wheat penny with a hole drilled in it (possibly a homade charm), 4 quarters, some dimes, and about 70 pennies. The pennies were found in a softball field (center fielder position), all of them in a 2 foot by 2 foot square area. I just quit digging cause I got tired. I couldn't figure out why so many pennies in a relatively small plot. Any Guesses?
 
Might have been a school carnival pennie toss ?? At the end of the day folks just want to get on there way and the pennies could have been over looked.
Second thought......some mean little kid seeded the area to make a metal detectorest a little crazy.
