THINGS I LEARNED FROM NOAH

1. Don't miss the boat
2. Remember that we are all in the same boat
3. Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark
4. Stay fit. When you're 60 years old, someone may ask you to do something really
big
5. Don't listen to critics, just get on with the job that needs to be done
6. Build your future on high ground
7. For safety's sake, travel in pairs
8. Speed isn't always an advantage. The snails were on board with the cheetahs
9. When you're stressed, float awhile
10. Remember, the Ark was built by amateurs, the Titanic by professionals and last
No matter the storm, when there is faith, there is always a rainbow waiting

They might have been armature builders but the Architech was the greatest the world has ever known.

Noah was a preacher of righteousness for 120 years while building the ark but none of his family or relatives were saved, just his wife, his sons and their wives.

Dinosaurs were on the ark. They didn't have to be adults.

The ark didn't look like the upside down bathtub that most people have planted in their brains. Answers in Genesis had a whole issue of their magazine "Answers" dedicated to the ark.

The window, singular, looked up not out. Up towards God not out towards the circumstances.

God closed the door on the ark and sealed it with pitch. God provided the protection and sealing, it wasn't the works of man. They never were subjected to God's wrath. They were sealed and protected from it.

Methuselah died the year the flood.

Good words to live by and YES, God is AWESOME and the best Architect, for He made the world and the beautiful Garden of Eden! It's a shame Adam and Eve disobeyed God's warning and were cast out of the garden! God Bless! Betty
