nice one, you`ll love it ,great little machine ( had one for 3 months now) best of luck, use it in all metal for 1`st 20-30 hrs to get a feel for it then have a play about with the other modes i`ve found that keeping the sensitivity down 2 bars is generally best but i`m in 
so itmay well be a different story for you, like the coins mode which is built around 
coins but not too goood on a few of the UK ones so i`ve built up my own custom mode for coin shooting by bench testing, get a set of the good Garrett headfones with the volume control, the ace ones will drive you mad

That Ace is a coin magnet! That is really fantastic that you won one and you were thinking about buying one! Now you can take that $$ that you were gonna spend on it and buy some accessories, like that Propointer! Maybe that sniper coil, too! An unstoppable combination!

Feel free to ask for advice at anytime! Happy Hunting!You're a lucky duck. The Ace is such fun to swing. So light you can use it for hours and hours. It is no toy either. I don't use my all that often since I upgraded to a 2500 GTI but when I was using it steady it really produced for me. I found a higher percentage of silver rings with it than with any of my other machines too.
