Thinking about picking up a MI-4.

MI 4 has my interest. Just wondering about how responsive customer service is if I ever needed to have it serviced. Anybody have any contact with them? Turn around time?

xp deus is Great. I had a pair of WS-5 headphones go bad and they sent me a new pair
I would go with the MI-6

Thanks waterdog! If I had a compatible detector to make use of the wireless the MI6 has I would definitely get the 6. I just need a new Pinpointer and thought the MI4 would fit the bill. I don’t normally use headphones.

Spend the extra $$$and get the mi6. You'll love the extra features.

The MI-6 does have some extra features aside from the wireless connection. I have an MI-6 and I like it BUT I have found myself using it like it was an MI-4. I prefer not to have it paired to my headphones. When I am kneeling over a hole and the target is still out of reach of the pinpointer, I don't have the patients for the 5 seconds it takes to switch it off to go back to the coil. I just want to grab my coil and waive it over the hole with out waiting.
