General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Thinking about trading my SE Pro

I have a SE Pro mint ,I just peeled off the factory screen protector I have the original box
an extra coilparent,also havel the Andy S. book that goes with this detector.the only reason I am putting the detector up for trade
is because I am used to using whites detectors.I'm looking for a V3i. Maybe a Deus..
I'm not giving up on detecting I'm just looking for a different detector one that I am used to using.it is a deep diging detector but I am just use to different IDing....Thx Greg....
 
Was a whites user for many many years. Had an se pro, found itvery different. Eventually got rid of se pro and got a v3i. I got rid of v3i and now im swinging a ctx. With the fbs units you have to go low and slow and let them work. Whitws units you can use a faster sweep. If you do decide to go back to whites get you an mxt. I think that is the best unit whites has had. I had an m6 which is basically a mxt stuck in coin and jewelry mode. One heck of a detector!
 
Thx for the info... maybe I'm jumping the gun and wanted to trade it all it is really a good unit. Let's face it its a Minelab which makes some of the best detectors. I myself was looking at the CTX.. how do you like the CTX on land.... how's the depth?
 
I swung a Fisher F75 SE for over 2 years, then decided to sell it and try a SE PRO. I tried it for 2 outings and boxed it back up. I'm using the F75-LTD2 now. One hell of an all around detector. I just couldn't get used to the slow recovery speed on the SE Pro. Building your programs, quality, depth, and the overall bad a$$ looks of the SE are great, but it just couldn't hang with the F75 when I came to relic hunting. Have you given the F75 any thought? On another note, the Deus is hard to beat for pretty much any scenerio in my opinion. But thats just my 2 cents. HH
 
Yes I was thinking about the Deus myself.But I'm not sure I can get use to the tones....Im going to start looking at all trades soon..If i hade to sell it out write I would have to get 750.00..Its mint and I have an extra coil..This is the real SE pro not an SE with pro coil added... from my understanding it's the upgraded processor as well. If Anna. Its at least $1,500 worth of equipment..

Making some changes. Let me know what you have to trade as far as detector, I can add cash if necessary...
