Outstanding quality for 1906, four days before the great San Francisco earthquake. Film has been "lost" for many years as it was sent to a special lab in New York for processing and never returned to the destroyed San Francisco. It was the first 35mm film ever and the camera mounted on the front of a cable car.

The number of automobiles is staggering for 1906.
