I'm going to ask these following questions on the Etrac forum here because most of my finds have been made with Explorers & now the Etrac.--------What's the most silver coins (and approximate date of hunt) that you ever found in one days time on an actual in-field hunt?---Mine was 16 (2 silver quarters & 14 silver dimes-last winter).---------What's the most wheaties (and again, the approximate date of hunt) that you ever found in one days time on an actual in-field hunt?---Mine was 41 wheaties on each day of 3 different days (123 total wheaties for the 3 days)-this was in the fall of '03 & the summer of '04.-----No Easter egg hunt type answers here now--we're talkin actual "blood & guts" in-field huntin!!------Ain't this fun???----------Del

Ain't nobody been findin a few silvers & coppers???---I thought this was the famous Etrac Forum!----What say ye??------Seriously, looks like we've got quite a few new members here and that's good.---I was one of the first to join the Etrac forum when it was started--haven't been posting here much lately though.-----SOOO, what's the most number coins (silvers & coppers-original question) in your finds for a day?---------Del

Back in the 80's I used to bring home roughly 20 silver coins on every hunt. I never bothered counting the wheats. Since I've had my E-Trac, about a month now, the most I've brought home was 4 silvers and 19 wheats. That may not seem like much, but considering this was from a park that had not given up any old coins for years, I was very impressed. For my buddies that hunted with me, one found a wheat the other nothing. I felt bad for them because they're both very experienced hunters and have good detectors.
