Finally found some silver, after about 8 hours of use, was starting to think it couldnt find silver.

Oh it works very well. Looks like your doing great with the Deus. I have found quite a few silvers with mine (6 in the last week alone). Finding 2 silvers in the first 8 hours of owning a new machine is fantastic. Thanks for sharing. HH -Marc

Congratulations JBE on your finds, for such sweet silver gets rarer each time you pull one from old mother earth's grip.

Anyone who thinks differently, or has criticized this detector....should take up collecting butterflies.

I am very happy with my new detector so far. The Barber dimes came out of an area I pounded with my etrac, I had found a couple of Indians with my etrac so I went over the area multiple times with several different coils but never found those 2 barber dimes...can't believe it. Think the silver thing is coming together, now I have to figure out nickles and Indian heads, got to be some in there. Xp is working good in the trashy vacant lots just wish I had time to detect more of them!

Nice finds. I agree about it finding silver and gold. I think its going to rock. I've had mine for about 2 weeks. First 2 times out I dug 2 indians, 2 fatty indians and a 2 cent piece

Nice! what number does the 2 cent piece id as using the 12khz setting? if you dont mind. Thanks HH

Dr. I believe I was in 12khz it was coming in at 82. I was switching between a couple of programs but pretty sure that one was in 12.
