I have been going over my yard with the new 705, trying to learn the language. I have six coins so far plus the usual foil and canslaw. But I continue to be impressed. I got a signal today that led me thre inches down to a .36 cal. lead ball. Another signal got me four inches down to the remains of a WRA Co. -marked .25-35 shell from a lever action rifle, likely 1930s or earlier, and at about three inches, the tiny little Y-shaped juncture of a zipper. Had it not been for the Propointer, I would have missed it.
