Hunted pretty hard this week for these 5 silver coins and the 1 sterling silver ring. Got the silver plated spoon, 1 Washington, 1 Merc and some clad this morning hunting patches of cleared space along a road. 1 of the other Merc's came earlier in the week and on one woods hunt got the sterling ring. Had a couple of afternoon hunts this week along with the usual morning woods run and on one afternoon outing got a 45 Washington a 40 Merc from the small community park that tabman had opened up a few weeks back. The monogramed gold piece is plated and the insurance token is a real curio. It appears to have a policy # on it. Car emblem and junk bracelet came yesterday. Put the heavier jacket back on this morning. Temp was 50, but a good brisk north wind blowing. Nice in the woods, though. You northern folk, keep heart. Spring is coming. I see Elvis back there in the woods frequently. Yesterday he was driving a pink Caddy looking for a lost Cadillac emblem and singing Jail House Rock. Yep on your pent up detecting. I suspect by July you will be half way to 10,000 coins again. HH jim tn
