Friday I hit Cass lake again with a friend from another site. I was able to scrounge up another Franklin half, 1951 and a silver Washington. I was also found a 1935 10K woman's class ring and a 14K white gold with diamonds mens ring. Largest diamond is about a third karat.

Saturday back at Cass I found two silver Washington's and two mercs. Also a silver necklace, silver bracelet and silver charm with turquoise in it. My best find was an old wood fishing lure with glass eyes. It is a bit bigger than my 1902 Shakespeare but built the same. I am guessing somewhere between 1902 and 1908.

Sunday I hit a lake with 3 of my friend from the site I have been on for a few years. Tom got a 10K woman's ring with a light blue stone in it. I then got a big mans platinum band weighs 16.l6 grams. Nothing else from there except clad.

Went back to Cass and met up with Doug and Steve from the other site. 6 detectorists going into the water with wetsuits and strange equipment!!! I am sure we caused some talk!! Tom was the first to strike gold again. A 10K woman's ring with a emerald and 4 small diamonds. Don't know if they are real yet. I then hit another class ring, a woman's 10K from 1932. Randy hit a woman's gold ring missing whatever stone was there. Ross, Steve and Doug were kind of skunked on silver and gold.

I also got a silver chain and crucifix, a silver religious medal and a silver bracelet. It was VERY strange that nobody got a silver coin at all on Sunday. I was accused of getting them all!!!

Picture is from a camera phone. Just the rings for now. The work phone is at a clients for a while and I don't know when I can get it back. More to come!!

Cass lake is in Pontiac. Dodge 4 state park. Very clear water and a super fun lake to dive. I have been going there for 4 years now. Always something new. I have a 1926, 1932, 1935 and 2 1949 class rings out of that lake so far. Plenty more probably. Just need to get my coil over them!!

Nice detecting and nice finds and I'm sure there are plenty more there! Congrats on all the silver!

God Bless!

I found out that the platinum ring in the middle is worth 1067.00 in scrap today!! That is the 4th best ring I have found in my 6 year water hunting career. Can't wait to top my best!!
