This weekends finds, not that great!

Didn't find much for silver this time but me and Dale went out to some different locations to see what we might have to detect later this year. There were a couple spots we looked at and a few look to be very promising. We are waiting for permission to go try these spots and hope we are given the ok on them. For the weekend I found 3 Silver. They were 2 Mercury Dimes dated 1917 and 1943. The other was a Roosevelt Dime dated 1964-d. I found a President Token that has Andrew Jackson on it. I also found a Jefferson Nickel dated 1938-s. And of course the usual Wheat Pennies. The dates are a No-Date,1916,1919,1929-d,1935-d,1935-s,(2)1936-d,1937-d,1945,1945-d,(3)1946-d,1951-d,and 1957-d. I also found a 1959-d Lincoln Memorial. As you can see it was a slow weekend for me and next weekend I have a club hunt to attend so I probably won't get much real detecting done next weekend. I will post what I get from the hunt next weekend. Good Luck to you all that go out during the week and hope you find lots of great finds.[attachment 27061 Silver.png][attachment 27062 PresidentTokenFront.png][attachment 27063 PresidentTokenBack.png][attachment 27064 Nickel.png][attachment 27065 Cents.png]

Any day with silver and Wheaties is a good day of hunting. Congratulations again James, your consistent finds are always a pleasure to look at.

There are very few coin site like that in my area in Montana. Have to really get out there to find that elusive site. Your doing great!!

definitely know when I find a virgin spot! The coins came from pounded sites. Trust me, the area around here is tough if you don't do the research and find new hunting grounds. Me and a couple guys have pounded the area around here and there isn't much left where we have been. Good Luck on finding a site in your area and by the way, Where in Montana do you reside?
