This week's highlights

Found my usual clad and a couple of cool items this week.
The 10K gold ring in a sand tot lot. No hallmark but tested good. Not sure if it is plated or solid. 4.7 grams. It gave a mixed signal (all over the place).I tried it at home in the grass and it was -1.
The guardian angel coin is silver plated so it was a 39. Looked really good coming out of the dirt. I thought I had a silver dollar!!

The coin appears to be in pretty good condition from the pics posted..I'm gonna guess that it hasn't been in the ground for too long??

The coin wa about 2" deeper than the grass roots in pretty wet soil. It was coated in mud but pretty shiny when I washed it.

I need to make a correction. After cleaning all the sand from under my coil cover the ring read 21 in the grass.
