I got a permission from a meth head who was renting a dilapidated 1700s property in a teensy Ohio River town. She was weird and I want to get in and get out as fast as possible.

Needless to say, this is vintage 1990s. Very likely an NRA belt buckle.

Where was that E. Liverpool ? Ha ha. I bet your heart skipped a beat when you saw the eagle. Still that is one very cool find. congrats. I would be very happy to find one of those. Good luck. Mark
 
Possibility it might be from the Second Amendment Foundation. NRA usually placed somewhere on the front.
