When I edited it I converted it to a monochrome using a copper tint. Don't know why though!!

This is the big boy, the baritone saxophone. Here I'm playing with the big band called Jump Start. At the famous Glenn Island Casino. By the way, the tune we are playing is All Of Me, which s what we should be letting the Lord take.

That is an impressive photo. Philo NY. Thanks for sharing.

My father was the leader of an orchestra for as long as I can remember ...he has been deceased many years, now

His original band in the 40's was known as "Andy Dobos and his Gypsies"...at that time they played many polkas, csardas's , and popular music of that time.. he played every Sat. night and also for weddings almost every Saturday; my job on Saturdays was to shine his shoes for the evening's work.

My father played clarinet, saxophones, and drums...
I am attaching a pic of his early orchestra days. My father is in the background on the drums ( behind the drums, I should say)

At church functions, sometimes he would allow me to play the piano so that the regular pianist could take a break,

That's a nice pic, Doug..I like that monochrome setting.
