Got bored and hit a tot lot yesterday(in that outrageous heat) with the Scorpion and Small coil, got small amount of clad and what I thought was a junker necklace, cleaned it up and it's .925 silver and gold braid=COOL-COOL, beeped on it at 5"deep, other detectors (air) at1", so it really is a goodie on gold joolery:clapping:
 
Lucky you! Five inches is great depth for chain. Is the gold marked?
