Congrats on 3 rings in a hole! Probably what happened was someone was playing ball and took their rings off and laid them down either on a towel or in the grass. They got through playing and left either by a storm threat or pouring ring and forgot them or grabbed the towel and off they went in one spot and eventually fell to the grass roots and got covered.....but how this happens to get covered without being seen by someone is a mystery to me......especially Silver Dollars and Silver Halves! The mowers sometimes do a cutting work on jewelry and coins!

God Bless!
