:thumbup:Metal Detecting Adventures II w/ Bill Ladd (5 stars!!)

It's done alot of raining down here in Tennessee for the last couple of days. Haven't been able to do a bit of detecting. But watching Bill Ladd's latest production is the next best thing. Well done, and very entertaining. Being new to the metal detecting hobby, I walked away with some great information on how to go around those old homesites! Also, some mighty good tips on how to fish those old coins out of the ground by first prepping the detecting area by removal of dead limbs and using a rake. (as Bill states, with permission from landowner of course).
Bill, and his detecting buddy in the video, take this stuff seriously and it shows. I have an old homesite close to me that I'm gonna hammer as soon as it dries out around here! This video will make ya want to snatch up your Fisher (or Tek) and run to the nearest vacant lot and start swinging!!!!!!!!! Great job Bill!!! Now get out there and make some more. Kevin

It's always great to hear any & all positive feedback as it really takes great effort to haul not only detecting gear out into the woods, but also tripod & video camera too. Then you have 1000's of hours of video to weed through, & that's why this DVD was a good 2 years in the making........But, reviews like yours make it all worthwhile (now I'm hoping the treasure magazines like it as much as you did) ;)
HH,
Bill

I was on vacation last week.
It went very fast. All the video clips were great.GET OUT OF MY HOLE!!
My mom was showing me some of hers and my dads finds yesterday and I came across a 1817 Large cent that my dad had found years ago at a old house site not 5 miles from where we live.
When I saw that coin I laughed and said ,theres a largie, whithout the new england slang.
See its hard for a red neck in louisiana to speak new england.

Where to get one?
