Thursday Finds at Daytona Beach

This was from about 6 hours of hunting. I still aint found none of this high dollar jewelry. All the junk I find looks like its be hit by a truck. Its still down to the hard pan without sand and I'm still not hitting a lot of old stuff. I think its pretty much been picked clean. I helped a lady look for a silver bracelet that her daughter lost in the surf, but it was long gone. Who knows, I might hit it next time.
enjoy,
Mike

you have to hunt the water to find much, or just get lucky. Because of the hard sand, most of the surface finds are shallow, and dont last long!! foir some reason that beach develops "tubs" (sinkholes) at low tide, and thats where I tend to detect, and find the bulk of the good stuff, but they are usually out in the water a bit. They seem to collect all the coins and jewelry ..........
