The seriousness of the situation finally seemed to be dawning on the people of Judah. In Jeremiah 36:9, the people gathered in the temple for a day of fasting before the Lord. Through his professional connections with other scribes, Baruch manages to secure a good public place, in the window of Gemariah at the entrance to the temple. Here Baruch proceeds to read the scroll that he has written at Jeremiah

My own children deserted me and left me for their father and the woman he was committing adultery with and still lives with because of their many lies! It hurt terribly but I didn't back off from my belief and faith but even grew more and more closer to Jesus and more godly wise! Tami has learned where I'm coming from because she is saved, but my eldest daughter still panders to my ex and as for as my son I just don't know where he stands but I know he isn't saved and, yet, believes something is wrong and is happening in these last days before the coming of Christ to get God's Children and take us home for safety during the last 3-1/2 years of the great-tribulation that is coming upon the whole world! Talk about hurt, sorrow and disappointment it really hurt, but Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, for it was like using a two X four and hitting me on the forehead and between my eyes to get my attention and He got it! I am far better off than I ever was while married to my former husband and God is using me like I am supposed to do which I couldn't while married to a sinner, who is a manipulater and a Liar along with the one when both were tormenting me for a long time to get me to leave &/or commit suicide so they could have the house and not have to give me any money but my Lord and Savior had other plans and no one can change those plans but only the person that they are for by disobeying and running in another direction like Jonah and the Whale! Woe, to those who harm God's saints and ignore His prophetic words! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

P.S. I know Martin that you don't believe quite like I do about the Resurrection of the saints and the great-tribulation, but that is okay for we do believe Jesus Christ is our Savior and Lord and that we have everlasting life in Him through our believing faith! Betty
