Time constant vs phase angle, 6600Hz

I am not very familiar with the time constants of common objects. I am more used to using the phase angle at 6600 HZ. So I had to make this chart to convert back and forth. I am measuring phase angle from the place that White's labels a VDI of 0. This is where very low conductivity objects fall. Other people might label this angle as 90. The XLT VDI numbers are a bit higher than the angles I am using.
