Time Ranger on the beach

Took the Time Ranger to Virginia Beach last weekend and it reacted as some on here said that it might.
It did not like the salt water or the wet sand...It had a constant buzz...It was alright in the dry sand.

I only had time for a short hunt before leaving...All I found was 2 tent stakes, some bottle caps and 1 lone penny.

May have to invest in a detector more suited for the salt water and wet sand if I am going to do more beach hunting!!!
