titanium ring question??

my buddy lost his wedding ring. he knows about were he lost it. so me and a another guy took our detecters out his is a dfx and mine is a minelab se. we did not find the ring. but our buddy tells us it was a titanium ring. my question is will the detecters pick up on a titanium ring.

Last time I checked titanium is a metal, so yet it should pick it up. But not sure where it would register on the machines.

I have found a few of the titanium rings... most that i found read 08 19 range.
