G'day Iggy.
I got your email, but cant seem to get a reply to work.

You were asking about the 14" NF elliptical mono.

Please let me know what you want to know about this coil and I will happily respond.

In short, it is a very, very good coil offering a good trade off with depth, sensitivity to little bits and coverage.

Mine is the old fibreglass model which lacks a lot in robustness, but they are now made in plastic and are much better for the change.

I would say the 16 or 17"(cant remember what the exact size is offhand!) round mono is probably even better again but misses some of the samall bits but has much better depth capabilities.

If you are in country where you need to get into nooks and crannies then the elliptical is the way to go. If it is open easily worked ground then the big round is the best option.
