A quick and easy way to get rid of warts. Chop up a garlc clove into fine pieces, place it on the wart and cover it with a bandage or bandaid. Do this twice a day and in about a week no more wart. For greater ease, use an oil-based garlc extract, found at any health food store or the vitamin section of your grocery market.
Drink a minimum of two ounces of pure pomegranate juice each day. It will stop the accumulation of plaque in your arteries, and best of all, it will dissolve any already there. In a study of several hundred people half were given a placebo and half the real thing. The ones taking the placebo continued to accumulate plaque, while the other half had a 13% decrease in just three months, and a whopping 35% in one year. Had I been takng this stuff I could have skipped that eight days in the hospital last year and that bitch of an operation.
Make sure it's pure pomegranate as the juice bottlers screw you to death on juices of any kind. No matter what it says on the front of the label, read the fine print on the back, and some is so fine you can hardly read it with a magnifying glass. It might say 100% juice in big letters on the back but the tiny print will reveal that the pomegranate is mixed with 6-7 different juices and water, leaving hardly enough of the pomegranate to drown a pizz ant.
Also, although it ain't advertised or on the label, Alka Seltzer will knock bladder infections for a loop. More later.
