Today I noticed my target id numbers strobing..

I wanted to ask if this is normal..Today in the sun I would glance at the display and I noticed the numbers strobing.. They seem to look like they were flashing real fast ..has anyone else seen this behavior before.
 
yes, Im not sure why. but it must be some kind of interference............ someone will know. did you have your sensitivity all the way up? and there could have been powerlines or an underground cable. I think its the same kind of naughty behavior.......
 
Thanks Moa...I was hoping it wasnt an issue with the detector..
