Here are some pics taken today somewhere in Canada, found a 1951 silver dimes as well as several older pennies,

Looks like the digging might be a little interesting (difficult).
Do you use a shovel around those rocks?

The sites we were at were old foundations in a grassy area a few hundred feet from the shore.

thats a big virtabree i take it the wale is dead . or maybe it has osteo perosis and has suffered some bone loss ahh boneva will help ------ good find on the dime
