HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHERRY.
May GOD continue to keep you in HIS graces.

So far it's been a good day. Pete made me a nice cheese omelet for breakfast, I played with birds and cleaned cages for a while, then we went down to the lake so I could pick up pretty stones. He'd already bought me a rock polisher as an early birthday gift, I'd wanted one since I was a kid. (Any ideas of what I could do with the stones after they're polished would be welcome!) Then we sat at a picnic table and enjoyed watching the white caps and listening to the lake sounds for a while. After that we stopped in at the Tourist and Visitors' Bureau and chatted for a while, then went to Taco Bell to try one of their new 7-layer thingies - very good. On the way home our friends Ken and Carol were out working in the yard so we stopped and talked to them...in a couple of hours Ken and Carol and Pete and I are going out to dinner down in Coleman (about 40 minutes away) at a restaurant that they've heard is really excellent and we're planning to walk the rail trail for a while - I'll take my camera of course. Then Pete and I will continue on to Midland which is about 20 minutes on past Coleman to go to Soldan's (a family owned pet supply chain based out of Lansing - the only place I will buy my dog and cat and bird supplies, Midland is the closest one to us)...I love going there, and I think I've been to almost all of their stores now, they're great!

So far being 50 is wonderful - lol!

Wishing you many more.
