..also found my 1st Franklin half on N.Y. eve one time.
 
Poor pups. We rescued a dog in Sept., she was found tied to a tree in a forest preserve with a sign around her neck that said "give me a good home" but some sicko could've picked her up before the county did! She was going to be put down so we took her in and she is such a smart dog! Some people just aren't right in the head.

Nice score too! I went out for the first time yesterday (it hit 55) and I found 55 cents in clad and a 1982 hotwheels car and of course junk that I can recycle for cash. It's a win-win. Temp is back to normal today, 25 degrees, so will have to be content with my one adventure until Spring. I don't envy those in the south in the summer, but sure do in the winter knowing they can MD year round. How awesome that must be!!
