Got in a little over three hours in between 2 showers. Hunted an 1800's fairgrounds that has given up tons of old coins over the years. I didn't get over any super cool finds, but I did get my wheaties!

Here is Jerry very happy as he found his very first Walking liberty half dollar! 1917. First silver with his new Explorer. WTG Jerry!

Here is an interesting memorial cent I found. Notice the rim is coming off, kinda like it was applied separately!

Lastly here is a big Indian Chief that was carved from a big oak tree at the site. This was about 8 feet tall. The black is likely from some nails in the tree many years ago.
