Can't get pics to upload. Says file needs to be smaller than 420 something or other. Not smart enough to figure how to make file smaller. Sorry!!

I was having the same problem, then I noted that my Kodak software allowed me to chop the picture. It's amazing how much you can cut off, and still get a good picture under the size limit.
