Found this button from NS Meyer Inc and looks like a Great Seal Button about 1902, and this unknow item, but looks like a scribe of some type and one of the Wheaties is a plain 1909.
 
Pretty neat but that one thing looks wicked! <img src="/metal/html/shocked.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":shock"> Reckon that is a hole for a handle?
 
I am not sure if you know.. But the item on the left is a gun hammer. I have never seen the other item before. HH
