First time out with the 6" 7.5 coil. It did a very nice job. Five wheaties, 1957 rosie, and a 1943 war nickle. It very gave a nice solid signal in the nickle range, as you can see by the 8 other nickles. I didn't take a picture of the 30-40 old english 800 malt liquor screw tops that read a perfectly repeatable "30" everytime, but I still dig them anyway.
The park I hunt has one of those newer large jungle gyms. I hunt the area that the footings still exist for the older swings and see saws. Based on the majority of findings over the years at this park, it was in its heyday in the 40's and 50's.
