Today's finds at the Stone School field and at the school..

Pete in MI

Made 2 trips there today...more wheaties (5 wheaties - oldest was 1930 D) were found along with couple of dimes, a nickel, some Mem pennies, a broken butcher knife, an old auto fuse, and some odd items. Also found a "925 Italy" necklace and a ring too....my first silver necklace and my first ring using the Minelab Explorer II. Here's some pics:

Here is the pic of the necklace markings:

The ring...can't be sure if it is gold or what...the stone fell out while trying to clean it up.

Was surprised to find the dimes and the nickel more than I was to find the Wheat pennies. Certainly wasn't expecting to find a necklace or the ring.

Those things were all lost many years ago and God waited for the day to bless you with them. Now wasn't that nice of Him to do that?

May He bless you with many more wonderful finds!

detecting I thank Him not only for the finds but for the other things...maybe He let me see a beautiful sky or bird or deer or eagle or something. Kinda like the frosting on the cake. God wouldn't just give me a nice cake...He'd put a frosting on it He knows I would like.

I don't think the ring is gold, but a nice find! Congrats buddy! :)

probably won't have Sherry or Casey with me though. Can't find anyone to take care of the pets. Casey will probably be at her Dad's anyway as she goes there every weekend. So Sherry will be home alone. Hate being away from her...we have been through so much in the last year.

BTW she is much much better now. Thanks for the prayers for her. I sure thought I was going to lose her and not in a pleasant way either. Glad with everyone's prayers God has turned that around.
