Todays Hunt at 150 Year Old Park

Went out today to finally do some dirt digging and ended up mud digging instead. I cannot believe the rain we have had here in the last week. Total since last Suturday is 14 inches. I went to the dirt pile where the city has been replacing the sidewalks in the park. This is where I made a eye find of a nice 1915 Barber Dime just looking up at me. I decided to walk around the pile and detect it before it started raining again. I got a nice silver sound at 5 inches and out came what I believe is a military chaplin's lapel pin from WWII. It then started raining again so I packed it up. These are my finds of todays short and muddy hunt. Thanks for looking. Bruce
