Today's short hunt

Two hours today. Batteries still show two bars. Same program with very good results. Got a deep low tone -4. Depth scale was at the bottom. Turned out to be a small flat button. I decided to dig a few - numbers with high tones. All were iron. All - numbers with a low tone were good non ferrous metal. Another test was to use my settings and switch to auto sensitivity. Bad move. Severe nulling and high peeps from hot rocks and iron. Not pleasant. Went back to a manual sensitivity setting of 13 and life was beautiful. Dug my first two coins today. Both Indians. Three flats, brass pin, misc. small non ferrous brass bits. I love to dig by sound. A good target has no chop to it . You can hear it loud and clear. Iron still in some holes after targets taken out. She is pretty quick to reset and respond to the next target.
