Went back into the spot that we've been hunting for the last 25 years. Thing are getting slim but I managed these. 2 bullets came from one hole, the gardner and enfield. The 3 ringer and button was found within 20' of each other in front of a rifle pit. Not bad for a 4 hr. hunt. Thanks for looking. Robert

Nice finds,I have never found a bullet, not sure if there are even any here in my part of Pennsylvania

Any ideas on the backmark? An eagle at the top with stars...olive branches. Nothing on the front. 1840-50's? Thanks for any info. Robert

Nice find neighbor. All I've been getting lately is squeezings too. But that's still a good day. Post it on the civil war forum. Some guys there might know. Be interesting to find out. Never seen one like that.
