Tomorrow morning Casey gets her tonsilectomy and gets sent home shortly after...

times have changed. When I was a kid I was there 3 days....eating ice cream...best part of the tonsilectomy I think.

Now they send them home with liquid vicodin to knock the person out and hopefully keep them knocked out for 3 days. Casey already put her order in (and now filled) for a lot of banana Popsicles.

We have to be up to Gaylord to the hospital before 9. So have to drop Leelan off at his Grandpa's at 7:30 am.

Another thing is safe travel = there is 2 forest fires going on in areas we have to pass through. Probably will not have fire but smoke to travel through.

Dear Heavenly Father, Please be with the drs and nurses during and after Casey's tonsillectomy surgery with all going well from Your guidance and protection for her and with peace and comfort for everyone! Amen! My son had his tonsils removed when he was very young and after the surgery he had swallowed so much blood that he was really sick and then threw it up....liked to have scared me to death! He was very pale but after vomiting he felt much better and soon was able to go home after his time in the hospital! :May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
