Took the Mirage PI to the lake

I've had the mirage PI (land version) for about 2 months now, I've played around with it on the yard and taken it for a few short hunts. Today was the first time I took it out for what I would call close to a real hunt.
I took it to the lake for 4hrs and waded in ankle to knee deep and tried the beach some. Absolutely no spectacular finds to show off today, I have yet to have a decent hunt at any of the beaches around here. But I did have a lot of fun.
I'm still impressed with the build quality of the mirage and love the audio!

Still not taken my Mirage out yet,but mine was bought for site specific use really and as the crops are in full growth on these sites i doubt that it will be used for another month yet.I all ready have a deep seeker Pulse machine but it lacked the ability to find small gold and silver that i wanted it for.

But after testing the Mirage out on my test bed that i have built up over the years it certainly does like hitting fine small gold and of course subject to which board it has inside you can flip a switch and it then becomes a reasonable depth normal Pulse machine, its a very versatile machine and always learning something new with it.

Need a slightly larger coil on mine as the current one which is very small does not cover a great amount of ground coverage, with a few more miles on the clock the decent finds will start to follow.
