super snipping that is. :detecting: I put the 4 1/2" sniper coil on the ACE 250 and headed out for a bit this afternoon when it cleared off. Didn't set the world on fire, but did manage 58 clad. I absolutely love this little coil!! :inlove: Works like a charm in the trashy areas. Probably won't take it off the ACE for a while!!

Alright!:clapping:Good hunt!:detecting:Nice haul!:thumbup:Happy Hunting!:)

I hope the crossfire II 4.5 inch coil for the 1350 works as well. I ordered it and it should be here Tuesday!:garrett:

Its hard covering a lot of ground with the little coil but you seem to have the technique down. How many hours does that pile represent?

Chris

probably about 2 1/2 hours or so of hunting. This is a local park/swimming/campground that is about 30 minutes or so from my house. I'm pretty sure nobody else detects it as there just aren't that much competition in my neck of the woods. Just not that many detectorists :detecting: here that I know of. I have 3 different spots that are really similar to this one that I haven't been to yet. I'm hoping to have a new GTI 2500 in the next couple of weeks to take on a maiden voyage in this area. :bouncy: Will let ya'll know what I come up with. Thanks for the post.

I just got mine for the Ace and gave it the speed test on a gold-plated cross. I didn't know the target, only that it gave the mid-tone. I then gripped the handle securely and tried as fast as humanly possible to whip the coil past the target in Relics mode. It stayed the same! Probably gave a little better signal, really. From then on-since I was on a limited time schedule-I was flying with the little thing. Even small pieces of foil hit. It's an awesome coil-don't need to use the pinpoint button, either. Great idea for the 150 users.
