Tool ideas

Do you use a Lesche digger ? After getting mine years ago I just could not use the sheath it came with. Not only was it too tight on the knife for in & out but it caught all the dirt on the blade.
So I went to Home Depot & got this pliers holder that fits on your belt. I cut it down and now the Lesche not only slides in & out very easily but any dirt falls on the ground.

I also use this easy to clip on pouch for trash. It's not too big & not too small.

Lastly, here's a comfy glove that I cut down. It's leather & heavy cloth (cheapo) and keeps my palm from blistering when digging while letting my fingers do the picking out of targets.

Any other ideas out there ? Steve in so az

Very good ideas and tips....I think I could have used some of them when I was :detecting: all those years! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Hey Steve, I've used many of the same tools and they work well. The majority of my 'extra's' aren't metal detecting equipment at all. Most of my supplies come from Home Depot or my local hardware store.
