I have an old 120 mm pinpointer that needed a new switch. I called Whites and spoke to Mary Hudson about what my pinpointer needed. She knew the part and took my address. I got the part four days later at no charge to me. I have never had nothing but great service from this fine company.

Best service in America - period! Garret has excellent service too but Whites...Whites will shine your shoes and rub your shoulders!!!

I just can't say enough good things about Whites customer service!! :clapping: Merry Christmas to all the great people at Whites...:wiggle:

Todd at White's is the Man when it comes to The older 4 Filter Analogs. He got my XL-PRO purring like a kitten!

Thats excellent to hear. You hear about other Mfg. basically saying after Warranty runs out your basically SOL unless you pony up money for parts, labor and shipping….. And thats if they will even have the parts anymore to fix it. I feel confident knowing that i now own a Whites and should I have to get it serviced It will be a pleasant experience!

I have an Eagle Spectrum that I bought brand new. It has a couple of sticky key pads. I want to give it to my granddaughter this spring. It is in great shape other than the pads. Can Whites fix this?

By sticky key pads do you mean they stick to your fingers or when you press the buttons they stay down? If they just stick to your fingers, clean them with a little rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab (make sure the detector is turned off first)

Whites can still fix anything on the XLT's. I think the only thing they can't is the touch pads and face plate on the Eagle detectors.Give them a call at Sweethome,Oregon they are great people to deal with!

Contacted Connie Seward about converting my m6 rod to the mxt type, said that it would be approx $110, if anything was wrong it would be extra, I say its still under warranty if something is wrong, should be covered, right? She spoke to her supervisor, asks me, how does no charge for the conversion sound? I'm like, this has gotta be a joke, there's nothing wrong with my machine just rather the other setup, she said they'd take care of it parts and all! So I'll have it back 2/13/15!
