I finally tried something Andy wrote about in his book. Making an old coin program by blacking out the screen and accepting only the coins I wanted to find. I really didn't have any faith in running in a constant null. The old high school was built in 1916 and used over 70 years. It is loaded with trash...2-3 targets per sweep. My buddy and I hunted it 2-3 years ago and thought we got most of the good targets.
I decided to use a smaller coil and try a custom program of my owe. The Explorer II ran in null about 95% of the time, but, when I did get a hit, it was a target in my accept range. Here's what I've gotten so far. This is from making 4 passes about 4' x 50' I can't wait to see what else is waiting to be found.
