Trifecta Spot Gives Up More Silver

Lakota

New member
So last night after it begun cooling down I headed out to the HH that gave up the trifecta last weekend and didn't find much beyond clad and random trash. But the ground even on the watered football field is tuff digging, and the proof is in my fractured lesche. Ohhhhh talk about pissed. Well good thing it didn't completely snap in two, think I can get it welded.

But that made it personal, and was not giving up till this spot gave up the goods. Four targets later it did '50 rosie in good shape.. All and all not a bad evening, broken lesche aside.

Won't get out tonight but hopefully tomorrow.

Man! That is some real nice work! Both on the '50 rosie, and on the tool! :surprised: Both are trophys and examples of strength, skill, and dedication. That looks like a stress fracture developed from the constant hard use. Nice post to see, ...:clapping:

You ain't lying about what it takes to break a lesche. I hunt twice a day on the work days and usually all weekend days. I have had this lesche since late march early april.

And I always love digging old silver ( dont think I'm alone there ;) ), though you know what I find funny is that this location has given a 1900, 1916, 1943 (3 pence aussie sterling), 1950 and 1957 dimes, and not one wheat penny or nickel from the 1950s or older. Don't know why that is but hey I'll take all the silver this spot will give :D

Hope you all have the same good fortune, minus the broken equipment.
