I see you have found a william 111 shilling,CT Todd,thats a very nice coin to get here in the uk,they are a rare find.

Those gold staters are gorgeous - maybe one of the most gorgeous coins ever made in my opinion.
And they come up with that beautiful rich low tone - I think it came in at a 12-7 on my E-Trac.
Geoff - you live in "dig everything" territory - best detecting in the world.
