TRX Pin-pointer

I just bough a White's TRX pin-pointer. Is there a performance difference when using AA or 9v batteries?

Here's my take. The AA batteries will last longer. IMO though, my TRX seems snappier on signals for lack if a better word using the 9V. That makes no sense but that's what I experience.

Understanding, like what all the beeping is telling you?

AA have more current stored in them than 9v

I have more power with the 9v. The easiet way to tell is look at the brightness of the light. It is brighter with the 9v for me and I get better signals with the 9v.

I was too!! Just type in "TRX Pin Pointer Adjustments" in the Google search engine. You'll find a youtube video from another site. It was very useful to me....try it.
